These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access and use of our SaaS platform, tools, and services.


By creating an account or subscribing to our services, you agree to these Terms.


1. Use of the Platform

You may use the platform for lawful business purposes only.
You agree NOT to:

Use the platform for spam or unsolicited messages

Upload harmful, illegal, or copyrighted materials

Interfere with system performance or security

Attempt to reverse-engineer or misuse the software

Create fake or fraudulent accounts

Violate any local, state, national, or international law

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations.


2. Subscription Fees & Billing

All SaaS plans are billed monthly or annually in advance.

Payment is required to maintain access to your account.

If payment fails, your account may be paused or disabled.

Phone numbers, email/SMS usage, and third-party tools may incur additional charges.

Prices may be updated with prior notice.

You authorize us to automatically bill your chosen payment method.


3. Refund Policy

Because you receive full access to digital SaaS tools immediately upon activation, all payments are non-refundable.

No refunds are provided for:

Partial months

Unused features

Account inactivity

Automatic renewals (unless cancelled before the renewal date)

If you wish to cancel, see Section 6.


4. Account Security

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials

All actions taken under your account

Ensuring only authorized individuals access your workspace

We are not liable for unauthorized access caused by your negligence.


5. Data Ownership

You own all data that you upload to the platform, including leads, contacts, emails, funnels, and automation.

We do not claim ownership over your content.

However, by using the platform, you grant us permission to:

Store your data

Process it for CRM/automation purposes

Access it only for troubleshooting, support, or security purposes

We do not sell your data.


6. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time by:

Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund previous charges.

Upon cancellation:

Your account may be disabled immediately

Data may be deleted immediately unless legally required to retain it


7. Third-Party Integrations

Our SaaS integrates with external services such as:

Facebook / Instagram

Google

WordPress

Stripe / PayPal

WhatsApp

Email providers

Infrastructure

Your use of these integrations is governed by their respective Terms & Policies.

We are not responsible for third-party outages or issues.


8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

Lost revenue

Business interruption

Data loss

Integration failures

Platform downtime

Third-party errors

Damages exceeding your last 1 month’s subscription fee

The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.


9. Support

Support is provided through:

Chat

Scheduled calls (as per your plan)

We do not guarantee instant support but aim for reasonable response times.


10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated Terms.
