Please read the policy below carefully.

1. 14-Day Free Trial

New users receive 14 days of full access to the platform at no charge.

No payment is processed until the trial ends.

You may cancel anytime during the 14-day trial to avoid being charged.

Once the trial ends, the subscription fee will be automatically charged unless cancelled.


2. Refund Policy After Trial

Because you receive full access to the software after the trial, all payments are non-refundable once the 14-day trial has ended.

We do not provide refunds for:

Monthly or annual subscription fees

Automatic renewals

Unused days or unused features

Account inactivity

Failure to cancel before the trial ends

Phone number, email, or SMS usage charges

Third-party integration issues

Dissatisfaction due to user error


3. Eligibility for Refund Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered if:

A duplicate charge occurred due to our system error

A technical malfunction completely prevented platform access (verified by our team)

No refunds will be issued for:

User mistakes

Misunderstanding of features

Failure to cancel in time

Third-party outages (Facebook, Google, WhatsApp, email providers, etc.)


4. Cancelling Your Subscription

You may cancel anytime:

When you cancel:

Your access will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle

Future charges will stop

Previous payments remain non-refundable


5. Phone Number & Usage Fees

Phone number costs, call fees, SMS/MMS charges, and WhatsApp usage fees are billed separately and are non-refundable, even during the trial.
