Phone Verification & Messaging Compliance Policy

This policy explains how phone numbers, SMS, and call features work on the Growth by Funnel Automation Agency platform.
1. Phone Number Usage
Phone numbers purchased inside the system are provided by third-party carriers.
Charges apply for:
Phone number purchase
Call minutes
SMS/MMS usage
WhatsApp usage
A2P registration (USA) if applicable
These fees are
not included
in your subscription and are billed separately.
2. A2P / Sender ID Compliance
You agree to follow all telecom regulations including:
A2P (Application-to-Person) registration
DLT regulations (India) if applicable
Sender ID registration
Anti-spam laws
Carrier guidelines
Failure to comply may result in:
Message blocking
Penalties from carriers
Temporary or permanent suspension
We assist but do not guarantee approval of A2P or DLT requests.
3. Messaging Compliance
You must ensure that all messages sent through the system:
Include only opted-in contacts
Follow local anti-spam laws
Provide opt-out instructions (“Reply STOP to unsubscribe”)
Do not contain misleading, abusive, or prohibited content
We are not responsible for:
Messages sent to unverified or non-opted-in contacts
Carrier rejections
Delivery issues caused by compliance failures
4. Verification Process
To enable your phone number & SMS features, the following may be required:
Business name and registration info
Website URL
Proof of opt-in
Sample messages
Approval from carriers
We reserve the right to disable messaging if compliance is not met.
5. Liability
Growth by Funnel Automation Agency is
not liable
for:
Blocked messages
Carrier filtering
Failed verifications
Regulatory penalties due to user violations
Data loss related to phone/SMS usage
